Mix your brewed coffee 50/50(immediately after brewing) with VERY COLD spring water and let mixture cool to room temperature (70to72 degrees---NO WARMER!!!!!!!!!!!!! This enema will be " to die for", believe me!!!!!!!!!! Hold for 45 min. and enjoy!!!!!!!!! Note also: Use a double balloon enema catheter ONLY!!!!!!!!
