minerals and eggs for burn-patients

Archus, you are right - there is nothing better than the wholesomeness of food.
What I am thoughtful of is that the soils are depleted and even raw organic (as in my case seems sometimes not enough for maintaining good mineral balance. I'll have to do some Sea Salt and Concentrace, maybe magnesium citrate and continue the Epsom/potassium rubs; on top of the raw food and juices.
I believe Caldwell was citing some burn-ER unit practice to give eggs to burnt patients. Although they need in my opinion more absorbable aminoacids, and fats, instead of diverting energy to break down overcooked eggs. Besides, cooking damages fats and makes proteins hard to digest. If anything like that is to be done - probably raw yolks and slightly cooked whites (trying to ward off salmonella) would be desirable. Actually, I believe that these unfortunate people receive liquid easy to absorb nutrition (probably not as good as raw produce and fresh juices though).
