I get what he's saying. Thank you for posting that interview. I indeed have to think of good fat source. I'll probably have non-GMO lecithin after day 8 and all the rest - avocado, cultured nuts, maybe hemp oil. I already had 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed with a salad and it went seamlessly. I doubt that I can digest well an egg at this point. I sort of have repulsion toward it. ....
I saw a movie where they exposed the "free range" brand - they call it that way, because they leave the door of the barn open, but the chickens end up staying anyway inside, because this is all they know. It is not antibiotic, hormone and pesticide free, as people may think.
If these are eggs from a local farmer, whose chickens I've seen, I'd be inclined to get some from him. Which at this point is not something possible for me.
