Is it reasonable to start another fast on January 15?
Assuming that I replenish and top-up the minerals, that I was obviously short of, is it a good plan to start a second fast on January 15? It will be 18 days of feeding after a fast of 8 1/2 days.
I allocated the beginning of the year to resolve long standing and enervating, not to say exhausting my strength physical problems, and I don't want to miss this one of a kind opportunity.
I have barely gained 2
pounds and I can see my muscles filling back with glycogen - very different than 2-3 days ago. I was in ketosis 2 days after starting to eat, which is great. Now, at night I am hungry again and I have gotten a bad rhythm pattern. At least it will be suitable for the New year's Eve :)
My neck definitely hurts less than pre-fast and is more mobile. This ti say I rested a lot, but I could even have done better at that. I'd like to go until a reasonable limit, where I will not have pain, or it will be minimal.
