Re: Onion Juice
Archus,
Magnesium citrate soda? Isn't that a sugary soda? Is there a healthy brand of it?
I was not a vegetarian, but meat consumption was only ever 1-2 times a week, and other meals were high fiber (thus negating the primary drawback of meat). I did, however, consume a lot of dairy all along (thinking it was 'good'), and have only now stopped every dairy except homemade yogurt and a few small cheese shavings on salads.
Psyllium and
Bentonite :
Two spoons of each, twice a day, stirred into a glass of water, for two weeks (4 spoons of psy and 4 of bentonite, each day). Start small, and ramp up the daily intake. The
Bentonite does not dissolve, being clay, so it forms a gel. Swallow the whole thing before the psyllium and
Bentonite become too much of a gel. The taste/texture are like fine sediment, but just swallow it.
Doing cilantro + chlorella alongside this may be complementary for added detox.
This is a lot of fiber, so the time of a psy+bent program is a good opportunity to eat lower-fiber foods, if you want (such as a juice fast, or Budwig protocol, or a Master Cleanse for that matter), so as to avoid a situation of too much fiber..
I didn't feel anything, and nothing atypical came out. I can only hope that the bentonite absorbed many residues. More on such clay :

Don't overpay for the Psyllium from some fancy source. It is just the ordinary Indian Isabgol, and is cheap. The same store that has whole dried Masoor Dal will have Isabgol.
