Well,
Liver Flush can be done in a stride doing everything you do in your daily life. But it takes less than a day in terms of following the protocol.
Does it take more time to prepare? Yes, there are a few things you need to do to be prepared. First, you need to eat apples, apple juice, with your meals for at least a week before the flush day. You need to make sure that you do not eat any fats during that week. The reason for apples is to get enough malic acid to break up the stones and make the hepa ducts and gallbladder ducts wider. Also not eating fat allows bile to be collected in your GB.
Another thing you need to do prior to the flush is to eat only light meals up to lunch time the day of the flush and then stay on water or apple juice.
Yes, the link you posted is from Dr. Clark's protocol. That is the protocol I have been following for all my flushes. BTW, the protocol calls for freshly squeezed RED grapefruit juice (not grape juice). Prior to drinking this mix you have to clean your bowels by taking
Epsom Salt in water twice, at 6pm and 8pm. At 10pm you drink the OO/GFJ mix.
Now most people will not explain why this works. So when we eat good fats Olive oil and
citric acid (sour food) our duodenum sphincter opens up right away which then creates pressure in liver ducts and GB to dump bile for fat digestion and in turn it takes all the stones with it. So more bile collection gives you better flush.
Here is

Next morning you will have diarrhea. At 6am take one more
Epsom Salt drink and two hours later another one.
Yes, I had thousands of stones come out of my liver/GB. I can attribute my good health to
Liver Flush and strengthening my belief in natural way of healing.
I suggest you read posts on
Liver-Flush forum. Unfortunately, my story was written in 2003 and CZ server had crashed and lost most of the data. I will search my files and see if I find my story, which then I can PM you.
Do the flush, everyone should. I will do my next flush next weekend.
