Onion Juice

I have done about 8 days of the 40-day onion juice program. I am using ordinary yellow onions

Man, it is tough. I found fasting to be easier, even if the onion juice is unpleasant for only a few minutes each morning.

But I recommend it to everyone. It is like taking a blowtorch to anything wrong in your innards.

When I am done with this (end of January), I would like to fast again, in preparation for my next MRI.

Fasting during winter is hard, due to the cold.
