If it breaks from falling off of a table onto a tile floor or a cement floor, we will fix it. Our ruggedness test for the zapper is to drop it off of the roof ( 1 floor plus basement ) onto the driveway ( about 24 to 25 feet ). Of course we only do that with a couple of test units before a model is introduced. We did have some issues with the speaker in the MY-3.
