I never found zappers any good at killing anything but parasites which they did quite well. Infections took the herbs or the beck electromagnetic pulser, except the 'cancer' fungus. With a fungus-specific zapping frequency, it actually worked great. The Beck pulser doesn't do fungus unfortunately, but bacteria and virus---can you say magic?
And is that the one with the clips on the 9 volt battery? I'm sure, it'd help. I think I'd just have a hard time keeping it connected though. looks pretty insecure to keep together.
