it's a very involved subject, not due to the complexity of the problem; defining the problem is simple, but the complexity comes from so many people's bullshit and denial, ie z-mans nonsense about Epsom Salt cleaning out the gut. also it takes a huge amount of work and perserverance which most people don't have.

simply saying 'herbs' will do it has no meaning and there are no herbs i'm aware of that will do it if you eat wrong/ in opposition to the herbs. chomper and the robert gray formula are very good, but there a lot of ways to do it, and you absolutely have to tailor the method to the person or else it's an instant fail.

i had to dumb it down by saying raw foods because i don't feel like writing a novel today. all the information is out there in books if you read: jensen, all the raw food people, dr. kelly, curezones with their gross fecal pix, gotschall/gaps, etc. read all the books and the big picture emerges.

anyone that's been through it will absolutely laugh if you tell them that Epsom Salt cleans out the deep stuff.
