I saw one of your old posts on motivation for WF.
For me what has worked:
- get to the bottom of my cravings - find out why I have them - emotional reasons, gluttony, habit, maybe some element in that particular thing my body needs, but I can get from somewhere else
- tell myself fasting is temporary and after I am done, I can eat healthy food and be so much more healthy on top
- repeating - fast is my friend; energy lows are temporary
- being quiet, and even withdrawn; not oversharing what and how I am doing - fasting is a personal thing (like pooping or digesting for that matter. lol)
