I am sorry to hear that you went through so much pain in this relationship.

You have to take this as a learning lesson. There were too many signs right from the beginning that CAM was insecure, manipulative, narcissistic and you were not able to see that.

You were lucky to get rid of her physically, now you have to deal with the emotional baggage. She will be sitting in one corner of your brain and you may see the world through that prism, and go through painful memories.

So first thing to do is to accept that you must have had some flaws in dealing with this person and the forgive your self for that. Then you have to forgive her TOTALLY to be free from her. Otherwise this can make you sick in many ways that you may not be able to fathom now.

I am sorry, but Voodoo spells do not work, may be not on the other party but ourselves.

Remember the signs and signals enough to not fall for it again. CAM was totally being herself and open and honest to herself, may be not to others.

Forgive and move on.
