exactly.

Iron is a common element that has been floating around...
well since the beginning of time.

Unless you truly overdose on it...
well most people won't have a problem with it.
eventually they will excrete it out.

But not everyone is average.
I have an issue with iron now but my diet has changed very little over the decades.
So for me diet has nothing to do with it.

and to be fair.....
I probably shouldn't project my case out to all others.
don't pretend to be an expert.
but....
I would be very surprised if diet was the over-riding factor.
