Hemochromatosis is usually from eating foods enriched with ferrite iron (the kind our body can't use) but the receptors take it up as iron. Once we stop the grains and processed foods that are enriched with the wrong iron, the levels will fall back down to normal.
Another thing is Dr Hal Huggins did an interview of the host (Patrick Timpone) who had all his teeth and cavitations fixed according to the huggins protocol. Prior to the protocol his iron was 13, but a few months after, his iron shot up to like 200 something.
This happened to my mom.
Her iron was only 14 for a long time and with high dose iron supplements, it only went to 17. A couple months after getting the last of her mercury Amalgam fillings out, her iron shot up to 68 and has stayed around that number ever since.
When I give my mom high dose iodide, her hemoglobin will shoot up to normal for a day, but then goes back down.
