Re: iodine and iron

.
I will say this Trap....
I have an "iron" issue.
that is affecting my liver big time.
but I've always had 'liver issues'..

from birth..

it's frustrating to try to figure it all out.
Very.

The "answer" is to give blood.
And.... It.. beyond this single issue..
is supposed to make you live longer.. and healthier.

Red blood cells that carry oxygen in your blood
eventually die.
Take out a pint of blood and you create more blood.
...that should be healthier....

obviously there is more to it then that.

A liver not running at full steam can't take a lot.
I can't really process vit. D.
natural or supplement.
And I'm living in the desert.

Everyone is different....

And I say that cuz I'm not sure what is really going on.

I can't take .. iodine.. vit. D... and even vit. B.
even low doses..

and it is very frustrating....
but there has always been a genetic aspect to it.
