Good job with the photo. That looks like a Tapeworm proglatid. You will know for sure if you find 2 or 3 connected like links of sausage. it is an immature segment of the worm. The eggs are far to small to see with the naked eye. Most stool test will come back with a false negative.

You seem to be very ill, I am so sorry the doctor did not take this seriously. That is very common. don't worry, you can beat this on your own. standard protocol is to retest 3 times.

Figuring out which parasite you have is a little irrelevant, you want them GONE. I don't think you are imagining them and you likely can feel them inside you.

I am very open to the idea of alternative treatments, but with something like this...You need medication and a lot of it.
