hey, sorry to hear about how crappy you have been feeling. i completely understand. used to be a working professional making good money, now not working and just trying to get better to where I can be a functioning member of society again.


i would start by testing your urine ph - you can buy strips on ebay.

do you eat well?

garlic is good, so is ginger, reishi mushroom in capsule form helped my brain fog.

have you had blood work done? gotta try and see where to start. i had my blood work done and saw elevated liver enzymes and pre-diabetic numbers for blood sugar.. and i am not a drinker or a heavy Sugar eater. turns out the parasites can wreak some serious havoc.

how is your digestion/elimination? I was severely constipated for years, giving the critters lots of time to flourish unfortunately.

i dont think there is a way to determine it how infected you are. because they reproduce so you need to attack the eggs and the parasites at all stages.

humaworm is something to look into. i havent done that particular one - i did buy the NOW foods Wormwood tincture but havent taken it - I need to get my digestion/elimination properly functioning so I don't have a bunch of toxins (more so than already) just brewing inside.
