Do i have parasites, if so, how bad am i infected?

Im experiencing major lack of energy for the last two years, which is the reason i didnt start studying. My abdomen is bloating and my intestines are twitching atleast once a day, so strong it feels i like got a big snake in there. Also i have major brain fog, like i cant see the bigger picture. When im writing this, i cant see the whole sentence as one and understand it instantly. Im taking everything in parts, like my brain "RAM" memory is reduced and brain speed declining. My head feels like its containing just a big jelly.
I have something in my nose every day in the same spot in both nostrils. Its in the upper area attached in between that little border separating soft nose tissue and the first one you feel if you put your finger up in nose.

I feel like i have parasites, tapeworms. Tests didnt show anything, although there was only one stool sample tested. My doctor doesnt believe me and is sending me to psychiatrist, which gave me some anxiety pills.

Sometimes at night ill get so dehydrated and dry for no reason. Also i have strange sounds coming from my esophagus when i eat, but not related to swallowing part. Thats why i thought of Ascaris or similar parasite that goes all the way from stomach to throat and looks like a tube that is sucking parts of food you are eating. Im assuming that's where those sounds come from, as gasses are moving through it especialy if my stomach is closed, so only that tube or whatever you want to call it, that is partialy blocked, can let gasses pass to my throat and make that sounds. Am i right? I also feel something moving in my right shoulder muscle, like a worm or something. It moves when i eat and when im very hungry. I dont know what to do, im so deep in this.

Help me, tell me what should i take to get rid of it. Is there something natural? Like garlic? If it helps, ill eat them as much as i can. Is there some tea? Something?????? im desperate, because i had 160 IQ and i fell to 120 or less
