Nasal Worms- My struggle

I have been struggling for a few months now with what I believe to be Pinworms in my intestines, nose, and ears. Initial symptoms matched pinworm symptoms: (wriggling in anus, itching, crawling, especially at night; wiping anus to find larvae and worms in different stages of development) It has progressed to the point where I have a constant stream of mucous in the back of my throat due to what I believe to be an established colony of worms in my deep sinuses that may be reproducing there to create a sort of retro-infection via. egg-laden dripping mucous. Is this possible? Or are my sinuses merely creating mucuous as a reaction to the foreign invaders? Can the parasites actually reproduce and breed in there? I feel like if this is possible that I am just wasting my time with the hygiene/egg cleaning because they are constantly dropping fresh eggs down my throat, wreaking havoc on my digestive system,..which is totally irritable, inflamed and constipated by the way. I am also very depressed, anxious and have been hopeless lately with suicidal thoughts because of both the mental and physical chaos this has caused me. I currently take Nutribiotic nasal spray ( grapefruit seed extract/sodium chloride) sprayed deep into nasals, and vicks vapo rub just inside nostrils to keep them at bay, but if I go several hours I can feel the larvae descending down again. Im also taking antihistamines, or any other nasal meds that dry up the mucous membranes. I have expelled several worms of different sizes and stages of development, anywhere from 2mm to 3cm long, sometimes with bloody ends or blood lines within their bodies. Other times Ill blow my nose and small red dots of bloody mucous will be expelled. A few times I have blown out what look like snotballs on first inspection, but when unwound appear to be established adult worms with tubular bodies. I was taking the Wormwood /walnut/clove tincture but have halted that for now. I still take Liqui-kelp daily Iodine every day, however, and have cut way back on sugar, refined foods, and anything else that these demons feed on.

Should I start an aggresive protocol of Albendazole, or maybe Ivermectin,...?? I have to get these things out of my head and body. Is there any drug that works via/ bloodstream to get into sinuses and kill them? Am I supposed to live with these forever?!?! Im currently trying to cleanse my colon..I did a castor oil purge yesterday and am doing another today..drinking lots of water.

Please, someone reply back with some words of encouragement or tips/advice for me to get in front of these things. They are ruining my quality of life completely, they are consuming me right now at age 44, and I am getting some very alarming thoughts and sensations lately about ending my life, etc. Thanks for listening-
