Archus , is it ok if I use body lotion and mouth wash while fasting without swallowing anything ? Mouthwash is kind of a MUST because i do not want to offend people with bad breath while fasting, fasting can cause horrible bad breath. Will be using listerine in the morning before going to work. Hopefully this is not going to be an issue. I wish i could do a 30 day Water Fasting staying at home but I can't since my job won't let me be off that long Tweet
