I think coffee enemas are fantastic and do them often. Sometimes if I can I will do a coffee enema just prior to drinking the oil solution to add more kick to the liver flush. Another idea is to use a wheat bag or hot water bottle over your liver during the process of your flush. All the best with your flushes and looking forward to hearing more success x Tweet
