What parasite cleanse are you doing?

Black walnut is a plant form of iodine. It kills a lot of stuff and detoxes a LOT of things like other halides and metals from tissue and glands.

I think coffee enemas are fantastic and do them often. Sometimes if I can I will do a coffee enema just prior to drinking the oil solution to add more kick to the liver flush. Another idea is to use a wheat bag or hot water bottle over your liver during the process of your flush. All the best with your flushes and looking forward to hearing more success x

One of the reasons folk wait longer between Clark-type cleanses is that it takes time to build up choline levels for producing bile, which is what you flush out of the body each time you liver flush.

Using Epsom Salts also changes the balance of electrolytes in the body, and that also requires recovery time.

There is choline in coffee!

And a lon lot more in chicory root tea.
No wonder it's known as a liver tonic. ;)
