I'm just jumping in to the thread here, but just wanted to share that Ask Dr. Sutter (forum on CZ) flushed every night for 60 days and claims it healed him of liver cancer and lots of other sicknesses.

He used the Coke flush, no epsoms or else you couldn't flush that often.

That is extreme, of course, but if somebody is feeling fine, they could flush more often if they needed to.
