Re: 40 day combo dry and water fast.

I did end up breaking the hard dry fast. Yestetday atounf 12:00pm. My body needed a change. I have a humidifier going next to my bed. I took a detox bath with clay Sea Salt and Epsom Salts . I have also been rinsing my mouth out with weater, being carful not to swollow any. My mouth feels acidic as if I have been vomiting, the taste and smell are making me ill. Today I made mouth wash. Aloe, distilled water glycerin lemon peppermint and stevia. This is definitely going to help me get though untill tomorrow.

I have never had such a tough time on a fast. I wonder if it's the bedtest, being unable to flush my lymphatic system? Or doing to many days of broth. Today my Sister said "Normaly when you fast your so happy,this time you look dead"

I really feel that way. I did have a breakthrough yesterday, I was ready to break my fast. I was scared because I was feeling so ill, and knowing I still have a long way to go was freaking my out. I prayed that I would move forward for the right reasons, that I would
listen to my body. I read a few fastin bloge, property having far worse symptoms that ,e, and I realized that my vitals are steady, this is just some sort of healing crisis. That's a good thing. So I got over my first hump.

Essentially ois have been amazing, fennel and peppermint for my stomach pain, ceaderwood for emotional issues that have been overpowering. Peppermint and lemon for my difuser and detox baths.

I did not sleep well last night. I need another detox bath, my kidneys are aching. Tweet
