How many videos can you see? I think I may just change the settings so you can search for them, I am nor really sure what I am worried about anyway.

Today has been a good day, pretty high activity levle, I walked a few miles. Climbed around rock cliff at the beach. I did get a but winded but nothing bad at all.

I will be home tomorrow and back to my normal routine. I hope to be able to walk a mile a day prior and after bedrest.
