Re: 40 day combo dry and water fast.

I am home now, on day 4 of broth. This has been the hardest thing I have done by far. I feel my energy dropping fast, my body is still looking for food and not getting any. I can't wait to start my dry fast.

I have decided to try for a complete dry fast. The reason I was not ok with it was not being able to wash my hands after using the toilet. I have not had a BM sense Thursday AM. I have a colonic scheduled for tomorrow. I really don't see an issue with fecal matter at this point. Urine dose not really bother me so I think I will be ok with skipping handwashing.

I am still cold, but I forgot to put a thermometer next to the ned. I will check tomorrow morning.

I have a busy day of cooking ahead of me. I need my freezer packed so my family has easy meals. Tweet
