I have read Dr Filanov's book, when he talks about how animals fast it really makes sense. Both of my Dr's feel the colonics and Sauna are a good idea so I am going to try it and see how I feel. One of the Dr's on my team had a internship at True North, I do have confidence in them. If it dose not work out I can easily change the plan with their help.

I think you may have me confused with someone els, I only joined this forum in the spring. I am really looking forward to getting feedback from everyone here.

My last dry fast was really smooth, hopefully this one will be as well. I definitely taper in and out slowly.

Dose anyone have experience extending the dry fast by adding small ammounts of water when nessisaray? For example if I can go 5 days dry, then add a bit of water on day 6 can I continue on day 7 and go dry for abother day or so? I can't really see this working for me, but I do think I might be able to extend the dry fasting by soaking in a bath. I would love to stay dry as long as possible but I definitely don't want to stress my system.
