I'm quite concerned about the protein aspect.
I'm tempted to stay on greek yogurt and eggs, but...
Challenge is that there's so many conflicting views out there.
Coconut oil - bad or good?
Olive oils - bad or good?
Fish - bad or good?
Greek yogurt - bad or good?
Legumes - bad or good?
Sigh... will the MDs decide already?
I need to have something to eat!
