That's quite a lot of monch! I've been doing 3-4 apples a day, several carrots, grapes and berries and plums here and there.
Honest I don't feel quite right without the greens, but yes, I'm quite thirsty in the mornings! I still do oil pulling (olive oil is frav) because I've see a constant gunky morning tongue. Last night was a parsely-cucumber-apple-grapefruit-pineapple smoothie, so some of the fuzzy tongue could easily be a little candida from the pineapple. (it's over a week's worth of shipping for them to arrive here).
I appreciate the pointers on what types of meals to go for through the day :-)
