Been trying hard to stick straight to the raw food diet, first week was easy, second week saw lots of cravings for cooked veggies and meats. Any tip on curbing the cravings?
No idea how soon I should start with herbal vermifuges after starting the raw.. I did see what looked like a good-sized worm one day, but my digestion seems to stop entirely when I use tansy-wormwood tea. >.<
