longest was 4 days but in hindsight I should have broken that a few hours earlier.

I like to go over 3 days as I always get very good things happening at that point.

Break it when you start to feel really uncomfortable, last week it was when I could no longer sit and watch a film or listen to radio, 3days 17hrs
