Thanks! Those are some interesting thoughts. How long do you dry fast usually? 3 days?

I am 30. Maybe 2 is not right. But certainly when I take the subway and go up to the road - that's probably more equal to 3 or 4 flights of stairs - I feel exhausted by the time I am up. I wasn't like this before the dry fast at all. I always preferred the stairs to the escalator and enjoyed them.
