Thanks. You mean to say a dry fast is equal to more than 3 days of water fast? Could you suggest another number?
If I assume that I did a 6 day water fast, it makes sense. The effects are similar to my first longish Water Fast which was 7 days.
Also, hard exercise feels counter intuitive. I get exhausted going up 2 flights of stairs. I cannot imagine doing push ups without feeling totally drained out. Could you offer a biological explanation for how exercise would help?
