Component Standard Range Your Value
VITAMIN D, 25-HYDROXY 20 - 79 ng/mL 19
I don't know if that is enough information.
Separately, regarding Potassium, *before* my fast, the readings were :
Component Standard Range Your Value
Potassium 3.5 - 5.3 mEq/L 3.6
So it was already 3.6. Is it possible that the fast is lowering potassium to dangerously low levels? I of course don't know what my potassium is during the fast...
AND....how does one ensure that their Ca/Ka/Mg are all in balance?
