Hi DesertLili,

OK. I could extend it longer than 8 days, but since I have never fasted before, I didn't want to take any other risks in going longer.

How long do you recommend the fast be?

But if my cyst is only 2cm in diameter, won't autolysis consume it within 8, or 10 days?

Other than a coated tongue, I have no detox symptoms. Urine is normal, and there have been no bowel movements since the start.
