Re: Fluoride in tap water

Basically, there are two types of fluoride: calcium fluoride and sodium fluoride. When taken in excess, both types can be harmful to health.
Sodium fluoride is much more gradual in harming.it is added to many public water supplies. As the water from supplies is already laden with lead, aluminum and cadmium, sodium fluoride combine with other toxic materials and increase their affects.
As per numerous studies and findings it has been proved that fluoride, particularly sodium fluoride, weakens the immune system and can damage the kidneys and liver. They carry aluminum across the blood brain barrier and can be responsible for lower IQ and Alzheimer’s disease.
The bottled water will not be the best solution to opt for because you may not be sure how it is treated and does it really benefit you. The best option is to get the water purifier available in the market as per your needs"
