Definitely stay away from distilled. Most grocery stores or whole foods have a water dispenser that is relatively cheap per gallon, like 50 cents or so. Just be sure to eat foods that have minerals in them because even this water can have minerals stripped out.


The best water by far ive had is Kangen Water . Do a search on it. We have a store here in Tulsa that gives you 30 free days of water. Its pretty amazing. But the machines are pretty expensive. Tweet
