[EDIT]Re: Fluoride in tap water
I drank tap water growing up, I didn't like the taste of purified water and all that.
In 2008 I started drinking only bottled water. I bought a distiller, but I don't use it because my intuition warns me about distilled and mineral loss.
Near Winter 09, I found a natural spring of water in the mountains and was trying to drink primarily that. Man that water was great. It was full of CHI. It was the best water I ever drank. Some people in the area said the water was holy even. I had to drive 120 miles to get to the spring, but it was worth it. Unfortunately, the corrupt idiot authorities shut it down "for our own protection". This was the spring:

After that, I continued consuming bottled water, with all its estrogenic plastic, until this past February when my body was becoming horrible at balancing minerals/electrolytes. Purified water doesn't absorb well, and in tap there is at least some minerals, so I've been drinking only tap water for now.
I think the best water is from natural springs. You should search your area for one. You can look on that website I linked.
EDIT: By the way, I'd avoid drinking distilled water that is being sold in plastic. Distilled water will leach more plastic than regular water will. All that plastic in everything everywhere is part of the problem with modern illness, in my opinion.
