Re: Fluoride in tap water

Yes, ever since I got sick I have been avoiding taking tap water (at least at home). I bought water filter that is attached directly to the tap (so i can still drink directly). My doctor warned me of mineral water store in plastic bottle for the xenoestrogen, so I've been trying to avoid that. Not 100% yet, but reducing it slowly. I exchange my plastic bottle with a clay bottle (and fill it water & bring it whenever I can). Trying not to buy mineral waters in bottle & carrying my own bottle. It's less convenenient though (need to wash, and clay bottle is so much heavier, plus it can break, unlike the unbreakable plastic bottle.)

I notice the water filtered is much much better. Lighter, clearer, no smell, faster to boil, and still keep the mineral intacts. (the filtered only filtered out the dangerous substance like chlorine, metals, etc.)

Hope this helps,

ERM
