Parasite die off symptoms

I recently went to Mexico and got sick from the food/water there and came back with diarrhea. I convinced myself that it was probably parasites and ordered a cleanse off of amazon. I took the first packet in the morning as directed, and the second one with dinner as directed. It has been about 2 hours and I feel dizzy, can't stop urinating, and have dry mouth. Is this a normal reaction or "die off" from the cleanse? I freak out very easily and have anxiety attacks with things like these. Thanks
