Re: Parasite die off symptoms

Intense sweating is the body shunting out toxins, and the sudden increase in heat is indeed a dieoff symptom. I experience gentle and pulsing increases in heat when I include fresh herbs (I usually buy potted oregano, thyme, basil, such that I can find in my grocery store) in my diet.

I've been doing raw fruit and veg the past few month (with deviations, where I REALLY regret the deviations at night because inflammation comes back).

A LOT more veg than fruit, that works best.

You were probably having surges of acetaldehyde from bunches of candida dying off. It's a normal byproduct of digestion, since candida is a normal bacteria, but after stressors like Antibiotics , low stomach acid levels, and quite a few other prescription meds, it can go colonial and try to set up camp.

Wormwood tincture works against them, that's one of the secrets of the Clarkia cleanse.

Uhm.. Yeah, Acetaldehyde speeds up the use of seretonin in the body, until the supply is exhausted (a base reason for depression, I'm not saying that's the case for you.). Basically it sounds like SSRI overdose, since they get rather the same symptoms! It's just another bioactive chemical at fault.
... And don't go the route of panicking against candida either. Acetaldehyde in low levels is part of how the body makes glutathione! :-)

Next time have Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate), Bentonite clay, or activated charcoal tablets/capsules (usually available at the pharmacy) available for yourself when you start the borax cleansing again. Epsom Salts and Bentonite clay are excellent in GOOD, HOT baths, and activated charcoal of course orally.

Borax also alters the electrolyte balance in the body, and it's quite unfriendly to the cause of arthritis, rhumetoid arthritis, gout, etc. That's L-form bacteria (aka cell-wall deficient bacteria, spirochetes, Lyme). L-forms are nothing to get hyped up about because they TOO are a normal part of everyday life. There 'ent a single critter or person going around without them, it's just a question of which poor soul gets overwhelmed by stress, low nutrition or pharmakeupia, and end up with too much.

L-forms really don't do well in magnesium-rich environments (don't go and supplement magnesium, I made that mistake myself!) The borax is very similar to magnesium in elemental effect- It drives down manganese levels and in effect starts starving the L-forms out from their hiding places (collagenic tissues like cartilage, skin and muscle).

Since L-forms depend upon manganese, (they use it like we use iron) they can leave us a bit worse for wear. We use manganese for a lot of activities in the body.

Short breaks of 4-5 days are ideal when dieoff like that hits. It cheats the spirochetes with the illusion that the storm is passed.

If dieoff lasts longer than 24 hours, a really strong brew of chamomille tea really helps, especially repeated 3-4 times a day. German chamomile grows wild here, so I grab 'em off the fields, etc.

If you're living with constant inflammation, go 2 days on fuit/veg with olive oil pulling, things turn around real fast.
