Just taking anti fungals and some supplements without an overall plan will not get you any where.

Coming back to coffee enema's, you need to refill electrolytes if you are not getting enough from you food and health drinks .
If your gut is inflamed then enema might be irritating that , but that should go off , if you are actively trying to heal the gut with bone broth or l-glutamine,aloe vera etc.
