Rawr, rawr, raw.

Yeah, me too, for a while.

In fact, I really love using enzymes. After I found out the butyric acid thingy, I got annoyed. Just using those keeps you on an endless cycle of buying, buying buying. That's always a warning flag. Been able to use them 4 months straight of each past 2 years, but I've got my bottle of fishing lure now.

Somehow I feel best on minimal food right now.. and it's confusing, but I figure things will sort themselves out. Diatomaceous earth is a great antidepressand, but hoowhee, the sleep cycle can be a bit mussed.

Nettles (steamed) for dinner made my bloodsugar plummet though. Hurrah :) I still take the gentle cooking thing seriously (for max output).

Was reading on the whole fasting thing.. instructions say, 'raw fruits and veg until you have no more appetite, then go on to the next phase'.

Same proceedure as every year, James.
