Squeezing a lemon is not that difficult, add some salt, jaggery/honey if you prefer, and it's done. Alternate with salted veggie soups for variety.
The old style wide hopper Jack Lalane juicers are not that hard to clean, but it's more work than squeezing a lemon.
When the iodine people started on their supplemental potassium kick I knew they were full of it. Every fruit and vegetable is high in potassium; there is no need whatsoever to supplement chemical potassium if you eat/drink fruits and vegetables.
