Man i love Turkish yugurt, so yammy i could eat all day those.


I have tons of extra fine quality activated charcoal, have not used it for a while though, i could try it again.


I thought removing biofilms is just matter of using the enzymes products that are made for that purpose. I used a lot product called Biofase for that

Yee i will buy ACV and start taking it before meals, would be amazing if both candida and stomach pains would be history.
