For stubborn athletes foot or hand nail fungus, get on a fungal free diet Consider taking oregano oil Allimax ( very potent garlic) vitamin C Alkalize daily. Soaking feet in drug store bought hydrogen peroxide for 25 minutes daily until it goes away. Within 25 minutes the fungus should not survive the peroxide soak
