I think you could have a bad case of the bacterial disease cellulitis, which causes red lumpy patches of skin and can also be pitted or with pustules. Obviously this is different to cellulite, there are specific Antibiotics available although Colloidal Silver also helps. It is a very serious disease which can result in death, so maybe a dermatologist is a good idea. Another possibility of bacteria causing bad Acne is the bacteria from a bad tooth infection, for which you also need an antibiotic. Maybe you can check on the net for the right antibiotic.
