Your post is great. I'm on day 4 and can truly say that I really want to eat, but not because I'm hungry, but just because I was stressed out this morning. I've got to incorporate the lemon, syrup and cp back into my fast because I've been happy drinking water since sunday. But I'm inspired because A) I got ALOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE (as of this morn I'm 320 down from "Err" on the scale) B)Your methodology was similar to one I was going to use at the beginning of the fast.
I'm going to incorporate exercise tomorrow and once my 10 days are up more raw fruits & veggies for 3 days then back on for longer periods of time. Although since I'm feeling pretty good right now- I might try to go longer on Master-Cleanse than 10 days.
