That sounds like a great plan. Good for you, you go girl!! My plan for post Master-Cleanse is much the same! Last November my husband and I began for the 3rd time a healthy diet, mostly raw food, not much meat or dairy etc. then around the end of the summer, our schedules got hectic, so we started grabbing the convenient foods, which of course are usually bad for you. Our eating habbits really went down the drain at the holidays as well as my exercise schedule. So here we are to try try again with our healthy eating habbits. We are determined to totally change our ways. Thankfully I'm not doing it alone. I am however doing the Master-Cleanse alone, I'm the guinea pig I guess!
