The short answer to your question is:

A lot of parasites can cause migrans. (hundreds)
A lot of parasites can cause cysts (dozens)
A few can actually enter and leave blood vessels at will(cuts).

The plan you are taking (IVM with high dose Albendazole) will not stop even the simplest parasite, if you do not have all the other factors under control.
